Ingredients
200g blackberries

60g caster sugar

120g ground almonds

Method
1. Place the blackberries and plums in a bowl with the vanilla concentrate, sugar, cove leaves and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Put aside for 30 minutes. Try not to be enticed to abandon them lounging around for longer than this, as the natural product will turn out to be excessively delicious.
